Physical Description: Relliel is a quite a slender elf. Some of who's known her for most of her life would say that she looks malnourished as of late. And in a sense this is true mostly with the stain and effect of the lost of the Sunwell some years ago. Now like many of her kin she soon learn to siphon magic for her own consumption which did nothing to alleviate her addiction and shamed her by turning her eyes from a beautiful shade of blue to that of a deep emerald green. Other than that, Relliel keeps herself physically fit and opted not to decorate her body with runes like most of her kin. Her skin remains soft and gentle mush like a rose petal.

Personality Description: Relliel has a sensible and realistic outlook on life and her two feet are always planted firmly on the ground (though she may, on occasion, have her head in the clouds). Others often see her as a rock of strength, solid, reliable, dependable, and constant. Relliel is, in fact, amazingly consistent for she possess great powers of endurance and do not like to make changes or adjustments in her regular routine. She does things deliberately and methodically and does not easily accommodate the unexpected. Though she has a gentle, even soft, appearance, she is enormously strong-willed and stubborn. Relliel goes at her own pace and refuse to be rushed or pushed into anything before she feel sure about it. She can be coaxed and persuaded by charm, beauty, love, or affection - but never forced. She won't fight either, but simply stubbornly resist any attempt to coerce her to do something she does not want to do.

At heart she is modest and humble, and Relliel rarely strive to be in the limelight or in a position of power. She have a sharp analytical mind, a keen eye for detail, and she prefer to observe, dissect, and study life from a distance. Conscientious and conservative, she can be relied upon to be careful, efficient, and thorough in your work and you take pride in doing a job well. What she may lack in self-confidence she often make up for in skill - developing expertise, technical knowledge, and competency in some specialized area. Relliel is adept at using her hands to create or fix things, and meticulous attention to detail and careful craftsmanship are her forte. Some would say she are a little TOO meticulous, for she can be extremely critical and petty if everything is not done exactly as she think it should be, and she worries about things that other people consider trivial and unimportant. She like to organize, categorize, and arrange everything into a logical system, and she is often distinctly uncomfortable when something does not fit into a neat category. Disorganization vexes her. Relliel probably wish that she were not such a perfectionist, for besides being a stickler for details, she can be mercilessly self-critical as well. Whether in her environment or in herself, she tend to focus on the flaws, with a desire to improve, refine, and perfect. She is strictly factual, truthful, and scrupulously honest in her self-estimation, and she often do not give herself enough praise or credit.

Discovery

In a galaxy of possibilities there is more yet to be discovered than have as of yet already been discovered. You exist to find that which has eluded everyone else, to chronicle that which none would have known, and to open the door to that secret place that only the brave can turn the handle.

Knowledge

There are things hidden from the eyes of the uninitiated that in their revelation could change the course of the galaxy. These kernels of truth are veiled behind lies and misdirection, and you desire beyond all things to shift falsehoods and hold them over the crucible, purifying them of deceit, and revealing the golden core of a one truth.


Duty

Whether it be an oath sworn, an obligation unwillingly undertaken, or a task you have been appointed, it is you duty which compels you to do what you do. This duty is the first priority to you, and you do nothing to shirk it, or endanger it. You will fulfill your duty at any cost.


History:

Childhood and Family (1-13)

As the eldest Child in her family, Relliel had to quickly rushed into responsibilities upon the births of her sister. Helping to raise Anakh because for the most part her mother and father had duties to attend to with the royal court and the Kirin Tor. At a young age though, it was highlighted to her parents that Relliel would make a talented mage someday. This is why her mother started taking great care to educate her in the ways of magic and giving her books to read as well as magical artifacts to study. Of course, Relliel was always a naturally curious child; If left to her own devices she would experiment on magics for "educational purposes". Sometimes even convincing Anakh to be her "assistant" for experiments. Yes, Relliel was certainly raised as a responsible child. But this never hindered her fun or amusement.

Adolescence (14-20)

As Relliel got into her adolescence, she became more of a motherly figure to both Anakh and to her newest little brother, Talash. Of course that was only when she was not off to Dalaran to further her studies. Her mother, being an accomplished Mage of the Kirin Tor, had pulled a few favors to grant Relliel an apprenticeship with the Kirin Tor. Once more, her mother insisted she would be her teacher. Then on her mother's promise, Relliel would also spend a season every year in Dalaran to further her studies of magic on her own. Being her mother's apprentice guaranteed Relliel a constant education even away from Dalaran. Something that was not easily done during those times as most student resided within Dalaran for the entire time of their formation.

However, she would see her home life begging to fracture as her parents decided to enter Anakh in a pre-arrange marriage. Relliel would make her opinion known but would only meet rebuttal for her words. This didn't stop Relliel's vocal objections to the vast number of suitors that she saw being interviewed. Seeing as her parent would not listen to her "advise", she pulled Anakh aside one day and told her to go to the Church of Silvermoon to seek asylum. This infuriated both her parents and saw Relliel attending the Dalaran School of Magic on a full time basis with her mother in tow.

Road to Adulthood (21-34)

Her exile from her siblings was a hard pill to swallow. However, the lure of knowledge and discovery quickly sweetened her pallet and she was soon engulfed in books and lessons. And for years she was the understudy of her mother. As a new dawn arrived on Azeroth with rumors of green skinned orchish horde flooded the lower kingdom, they still felt safe but still grew wary. Specially after years past and this horde of orcs did not stop their advancements. It was a sad day indeed, or so as she recall, when she learn that the southern human kingdom had fell.

Then the dawn of the second war came. This time she was trusted along side her mother into battle against these foes and along side the human and dwarfish races. battle after battle and fight after fight used every once of her strength, She learn many hard lessons as she witness friends fall at her side. However, the hardest task was ahead still. The was became personal once the orcish horde invaded and laid wast to the majority of Quel'Thalas. This was not personal because it was her cherished land under siege but because of the person she had been close to for the better past of her life was suddenly taken from her. She witnessed her mother draw her last breath as an axe protruded from her abdomen.

She no longer held back after that. Her flames where as fiery as her tongue from that point on; Her heart now ice cold to mercy for the Horde. Then peace came to the lands once again. The orcs safely imprisoned. Things seemed to return to a certain normality. Relliel even went back home to Silvermoon and help with the rebuilding. Help her father with anything she could. However, her father also saw her potential and knew that she did not belong with them but in Dalaran. And so it was with great sorrow that Relliel came back to the magical city. It served her good to do this thought as she saw herself inducted in the Kirin Tor for her prominent work with magical artifacts.

The Scourge Invasion/Third War (35)

But not even Relliel could have predicted the terrible consequences of Kel'Thuzad's departure from the Kirin Tor and Dalaran would bring to Azeroth. She was there and bore witness to a sorcerer warning of impending doom that day in Dalaran. It wasn't long until things escalated into what would be known as the Third great War of Azeroth. however, this did not measure against any of the previous. The slaughter of the innocent, a prince turning on his people and his king, the razing of Silvermoon... Unhealthy alliances. This pushed Relliel in every direction and her heart was ultimately torn between her kin and her allegiance. The fall of Dalaran did nothing to alleviate this but rather caused her to fight more strongly for unity. But when she saw that even unity would not be possible she decided for the better of the world to join her fellow Kirin Tor and rebuild Dalaran to come back and seek vengeance on the undead scourge. And so from that point on, she knew nothing of her family, nor of the destiny of her people as one of the mages behind the purple bubble.

The Wrath of the Lich King(45)

It was a solid decade before the magical city had re-established itself. In this time, Relliel, earned herself some respect. And benefited of teachings from her masters. and because of intelligence was moved under guise of great magic. The Kirin Tor reformed was ready for a second strike at the scourge but especially to the monster at it's head.
