History of the Aeturnas Trinitas Community

In the Summer of 2003, on the Shadowbane MMORPG (Mourning Server), three factions, represented by three prominent guilds, joined forces entirely for the advancement of the lore, roleplay, and pvp experience. Those guilds were All Father's Wrath (led by Azash and Brutalus), House Daenyr (led by Ambrithal), and The Free Cities d'Tariponto (led by Sarafias and Legurio).

The name Aeturnas Trinitas, an improper Latin grammatical for "The Eternal Trinity" is in reference to the joining of these three guilds. It's important to note, that Redemption was also part of this merger, but only in respect to the game server and not the community. Aeturnas Trinitas and Redemption still maintains strong ties regardless of what game we're playing.

Since that time, Aeturnas Trinitas has had many forays into many games. We maintain the gaming online community regardless of game we're playing, and focus on what's important most in the games we play: the people we play them with.

Domains
In any game Aeturnas Trinitas plays we follow the same general guidelines to qualify our role in that game. An active game supported by the Aeturnas Trinitas community is called a "Domain".

Qualifying a Domain
To qualify for a supported domain the game must meet the following minimum requirements:

• 4-10 Active AT Community Members
• 1 Unanimously Accepted Guild Leader for the Domain
• 1 Unanimously Accepted Officer to Serve as Second in Command
• The Guild Name Must be Aeturnas Trinitas
• The Guild Colors Must be Gold and Royal Purple, or closest approximation within the toolsets of the game
• A Drafted Guild Lore Set that explains the lore founding for the guild within the scope and milieu of the game. This lore set can be minimal and open for input, but a general guideline must be established. The lore, ideally, should stay consistent with AT's overriding theme, unless of course such an option is completely unfeasibly.

Standard AT Lore Themes

• Misunderstood Villains within the vein of being Overwhelmingly Fanatical to a Cause that Others Find Repulsive
• Religious Zealots of some kind, blindly condemning
• Driven by a need to restore an older order; reactionary

Once these parameters are met, the constituent members will receive the following benefits from the AT Community:

• Appointed GL raised to Imperator Rank and given shard control of site
• Appointed Officers raised to Senator Rank
• Forum Groups Created for the support of the game
• Expanded Website to Feature their Domain's Lore, Galleries, Videos, etc.
• Ventrilo Channels
• The opportunity to pave the way for more community members to join them online
